This workshop is a wonderful introduction to the benefits of Garden Therapy with elements of Energy work, Coaching, Shamanism and Hypnosis that covers the following areas:
The Soil (your values)
What are your values? Just like soil to plants, your values act as your foundation - your base from which you can grow.
The Seed or Acorn (your potential)
What are your passions, interests and inspiration? Much like the acorn holds the potential of the mighty Oak, your passions give a hint to your purpose in life.
Sunlight and Water (your support)
What type of environment are you in? Do you surround yourself with supportive people and situations? Just as sunlight and water provide nutrition and enable a plant to grow, so do the situations you put yourself in and the people you surround yourself with.
Fertilizer (intention)
What intentions do you have for yourself? Do you have a plan and a direction? Are you connected to Spirit and inspiration? Much like a fertilizer gives that extra boost for the plant to grow fuller and stronger, so does setting a definitive course and connecting with the Divine to motivate you to action.
Weeding (clearing space)
Do you harbor limiting beliefs? Do you have blocks of any sort or fears that are holding you back from what you want? Just as weeds can choke out plant seedlings, fears and limiting beliefs can snuff out the best laid plans and dreams right at the start if we don’t identify them and eliminate them – at the root!
Participants will learn the basic elements of Shamanistic Journeying, Hypnosis and Garden Therapy for use in their daily lives. Through a clear sense of their values and passions, participants will also learn how to find balance without compromising their integrity.
