An artist, writer and natural teacher, she injects creativity into her practice and helps her clients to heal, learn and express themselves in ways that honors each person's individuality.
She has an educational background in Psychology and Horticultural Therapy, is a Reiki Master in the Usui method of Reiki healing and has studied under Isa Gucciardi, PHD, founder of Depth Hypnosis. She also holds a Professional Certification in life coaching from IPEC, a Professional Certification in Hypnotherapy and is a member of the American Horticultural Therapy Association, the International Coaching Federation and the International Reiki Association.
